Bulletin:  7/24/2010 - Bear activity in the area!  Two troublesome bears have been trpped in the past few weeks.  Another one has been spotted once but was scared off.  Owners and renters must be sure secure food and trash where bears can not get the scent.  Bears do not like the smell of amonia, so rags soaked with it in an aluminum pan are a good deterrant on your decks.  Air horns also do a good job of scaring them away.

Notices of board Meetings are sent via email to all lot owners who provide their email addresses to the Board, and a notice is posted on the signboard at the entrance to the subdivision.
