There is no trash pickup from lots in our neighborhood.

Snow Removal:
The Board has an ongoing contract with a snow removal company.  The Association pays the company when billed, then the accountant invoices the property owners for their share of the bill. Driveway plowing is optional. It is charged on a per minute basis. A snow plow letter is mailed annually prior to the start of the winter season with details. All property owners are responsible to pay for a share of the road plowing when invoiced.
